What Is The First Step?

Virtual or In-Person?

Options for virtual and in-person appointments are available. In-person appointments are located in Fort Washington, PA.

How Frequent Are Appointments?

Appointment frequency varies. Initial 60-75 minute evaluation appointments are required for all clients. Some diagnoses, such as ADHD, may require two evaluation appointments. The frequency of follow-up appointments (30-minutes) varies based on where you are in your treatment plan. Those starting/adjusting/changing medications may be seen every 1 – 3 weeks during the initial stages while those on long-standing medication plans may be seen every 3 – 4 months.

Do You Take Insurance?

I am currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield/Highmark, Cigna, Optum, and United Healthcare. If I am out of network with your insurance, you may check your out of network benefits prior to scheduling an appointment. A receipt can be provided for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement if this is something your insurance offers. Reimbursement is not guaranteed so please check with your insurance plan. It is the patient responsibility to verify coverage and any co-payment/deductible responsibilities.
